Added .wtfasp and .asprules
For extra clarity, I've added 2 new comands so that when someone asks about the ASP, it's easier to explain to newcomer or the uninformed. .wtfasp for a quick/dirty explanation, .asprules, states the conditions under which the asp was created, and will be liquidated.
